You keep apologizing for long videos, I say keep them coming! When it comes to watching you do a hunt, I turn you on while I do stuff and don't even look at the length. As long as you are still hunting and discussing your finds, I will be right there with you. Love to hear about what you look for and your thought process, keep up the wonderful videos as always and have a great day! =]
I had a customer-wrapped penny roll that was short 10 pennies, which I didn't notice until I got home from the bank. The customer put a dime in the roll to make up for it. Thanks for another hunt.
@@RobFindsTreasure I was able to get a few hundred dollars worth of dime, nickel, and penny rolls yesterday that a customer had dropped off early in the morning. Haven't found any silver, but have found some minor errors with the dimes and one Buffalo. I believe I will only keep one of the dimes but want to attribute the error on each for educational purposes. I'm new when it comes to varieties and errors outside of the 3 types of Lincoln cents. I consider myself growth minded and always enjoy learning. Life-long learning is one of the passions I have to go along with hunting through and collecting coins. Rob, enjoy your vids. I've been recently concentrating on BAGS rather than boxes , that's were you just might catch a huge collection dump. Well it finally happened to me. Few weeks ago I bought a $1000 bag of qtrs., I kid you not, but found 41 SILVER QTRS in that bag, but not a collection dump, but an accumulation from a cigar box or coffee can, since 40 were 1964-p and only 1 1962-d were silvers. Up to that point, my best bag was 3-silver qtrs. These 41 will probably go down as my 5th best silver finds in the past 10 years+/-. Keep the videos coming, helps keep my interest in the hobby, and stimulates others to join in the "THRILL OF THE HUNT".
You’ve beaten my silver quarter output from all of last year in only 20 boxes when it took me 150+ boxes to find 9 silver quarters. Granted, I only got to really hunt half of last year so who knows what I would’ve ended up with for a whole year. But awesome finds! Wouldn’t have even guessed that was a silver proof by the edge since it was so circulated.
I always love your videos and never have a problem with them going over! Congrats on the silver quarters and especially in finding that 50D nickel the other day!
I have had miracles happen with quarters… One day I was bringing my Wheaties into a restaurant to go thru with my Mom and Grandma, and on the way out laying in the snow bank, was a 1963 Silver quarter. This was like my 3rd month into coin collecting, and I couldn’t believe it. I would say it sparked my interest into collecting even more. Fast forward a year, I found a W quarter “war in the pacific”, not worth much… was in my change from Walmart… Another year or two goes by, I put a few bucks in a vending machine, and you guessed it… was a American Memorial Park W quarter. GREAT LUCK on MY END… LOL
Rob,I am so jealous!! What a great week!! Starts with a really good penny hunt, one of the best! Then an Epic & Amazing Nickel Hunt, the best one yet!! And now a great quarter hunt!! GOOD JOB ROB!!!!
I work for a vending company, and I count thousands of dollars worth of quarters each week. I don't find silver often, but I have almost two rolls worth over the past five years. Last week I found the nicest 1964 quarter I've ever seen. The edges were nice and sharp and it's nice and shiny.
Thairs a cool error on the virginia D ment with the bottom holes of the 8's being filled almost like little Canon balls think its a funny little error.
Maybe they were taken from stolen coin hoards or collections, because I would think any silver coin would have been filtered out of circulation in the past 50 years or so. I did get a minty silver quarter a few years ago in vending machine change. Eather someone was really dumb or it was pinched at some time. Maybe different regions have more of these but I suspect the only thing rarer than old silver in circulation is gold. During the silver spike in the late 70s, most jars of coins and stuff still floating around was extracted. And people remember it.
My quarter collection is filling at a slow pace but it's going good. 1932-1964: needs about 80 1965-1998: needs 1969D and 1971 1999-2009: Maine P and Arkansas PD 2010-2021: needs 13 2022-2025: 4 more for this year How far along are you on your quarters? No flex intended.

Hello I have been watching since late 2017 and I really enjoy your nickel and penny hunting! That 50-D is real tough as I’ve hunted 50 boxes of nickels and never found one!
Hey Rob, I have an odd question. I'm writing a story set back in the mid 70s. I know silver quarters are pretty rare today, how much more common do you think they were back then? In your opinion, how many silver quarters do you think a coin roll hunter would have found on average in a $500 box of quarters back then?
So back in the day even then, the government was supposed to be pulling out all the silver coinage and replacing it with the clad coinage. That is the reason you don’t find coins from the 60’s that are silver in rough circulated condition. The ones that got pulled out in 1964-65 by people are the only ones you find because the government already torched them.
Hey rob I was been looking for a 2010-2021 America the beautiful dansco album so I can collect those in an album but I don't know where I can buy one. Perhaps you could help me? Thanks and its ok if you cant

Now this was a hunt. W's silver and a proof....epic.
Silver proof state quarter, wow, nice find!
Great hunt Rob silver W's and other goodies. Thanks for letting us watch along.
Another awesome video congratulations on finding 2 silver quarters and finding w mint mark quarters thanks for sharing Rob
I found a great Snow on the Roof quarter a couple of years ago in circulation.
Nice! I don't have much luck with quarters in SoFL.
Fun hunt, w some good goodies, and you can't get mad at that...
I still need a W River of no return! 👍
Pretty Awesome Haul!! Love the error and the silver. Wish I could find some W quarters.
The panhandle of Florida has been super dry on circulated let alone silver. Getting entire boxes of Sally's.
Yeah, I have a struggle with getting circulated Dimes and Nickels mostly, but quarters this year have been better than most years.

I was out playing pinball last night and put $20 in the change machine. To my amazement, there was a 1964 silver quarter in there!
A decent quarter hunt! Glad you kept the two uncirculated rolls on hand, for the future!👍🏻
I got a 1994 clad proof in my change today. Stoked about that!
Nice Rob....damn nice!!!!👍👍
With the roll of the state quarters you found, look for the best one's and get them graded, a really high grade with a P or D mint mark sell for a lot

Nice seeing many types of finds in a hunt. Always odd to find modern silver proof coins in circulation.
Seems like your having better luck in quarters than half's! That was a great hunt
For sure!

I don’t think I’ve found a silver quarter in circulation since the 1970s. The early 1970s. I’m amazed that Rob finds any.
Nice hunt congrats on your finds.
I'd say you took the "w" for the silver in this hunt! Lol! Congrats on the silver!

My quarter collection is filling at a slow pace but it's going good.
1932-1964: needs about 80
1965-1998: needs 1969D and 1971
1999-2009: Maine P and Arkansas PD
2010-2021: needs 13
2022-2025: 4 more for this year
How far along are you on your quarters? No flex intended.
Hey Rob, it's been about a month since you last did a bill search, you think you can do another one soon? They are a lot of fun to watch.
I will soon my friend.
I feel like you should use a knife to open the box so you can re-use them. Anyway, love the videos!
Hey Rob. Have you thought about doing a quarter book?
I have a complete one, but have considered a Hunt and Fill for 1965-date.
Awesome finds. Congratulations! I would check those MS rolls for errors and varieties.

I didnt realize anything minted after 1964 had silver in it
I just got into saving and sorting quarters this week! It has a mystery to it for me. Where can I get that mat?
Aren't those MS 2001 quarters worth more then face value? why send it back to the banks?
Kinda confused on that.
I kept them - rolled them up into plastic tubes.

How do I go about getting a box of half dollars?
nice found
Very cool hunt
I don't understand why you don't keep the first 3 rolls ?
I just went thru 4k worth (8 boxes). 2 W's, Zero silver, Zero proofs, Zero foreign.
At least a few W’s but quarters are getting even harder now!
2022 best coin is METAWAR
How much are the 19 & 20 w’s worth my guy?
Between $7-$12 on average for circulated ones
Even the "W" qtrs are getting harder to find, just like silver qtrs.
Okay you’re doing quarters now, maybe a dime time video coming soon?
Yep!
I don't know what bank you go to. I've gone through thousands and never found a silver quarter
Hmm an unopened roll of 2001 quarters and there was a "coin shortage" in 2020.....
Crazy - and an unopened roll of 2000.
I was hoping for a 50-D Washington. High standards. 🧐
I can not find a w mint mark to save my self.
Let's gets a silver quarter
