Throughout the 80s and 90s Shenzhen was being constructed according to Chairman Deng's plans, and when the Britishers left Hong Kong, Shenzhen was still under construction. It wasn't until recent times, that through massive planning and the efforts of millions of people, Shenzhen turned into one of the 4 Tier 1 cities in ALL China, alongst Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Pretty cool, huh?

This is where americans comes on top... Look at there new york city or Los Angeles or even Dubai... Bcos they never ever ever mix up low cost building with expensive buildings... People who doesnt even seen high rise building will say wow bvos in there life first time they see these type of buildings
Do not underestimate the so-called "low class building" my friend, Its price, or the cost of demolishing it, can allow you to buy more than a dozen houses in nearby cities
