I think they should have gone ahead to finish with asphalting the streets before handing over. It is a good project but we shouldn’t put political considerations to it by rushing to hand over prematurely.

Where is Appiadze located in Ghana? What is the tragedy?Try to give a little detail about this place and what happened? I just hope the government of Ghana would've done the same to Jamestown in the heart of Accra, which is the center of attraction for tourism that brings a ton of money to Ghana.
The rooms dnt look complete the electricals aren’t complete…the floor not tiled So why rush to commission when they can wait to finish everything before commissioning

It's a completion of phase one and it must be commissioned to enable some of the affected people to occupy them. Phase 2 in progress
So prior to this project, where was the natives relocated to make room for the smooth flow of works
A nearby mine had an incomplete rehousing project a kilometre away, so people moved there + some tent houses.
