When acetylcholine is given after atropine, nicotinic receptors are stimulated, but muscarinic receptors are blocked by atropine, resulting in ganglionic stimulation and bradycardia (decrease in heart rate).
Sir if we take acetylcholine by orally it undergoes destroyed in gut and if we take iv then it undergoes metabolism by pseudocholinoesterase. Now I want to ask sir that which route is suitable to take acetylcholine in case of emergency or in non emergency. Please sir give me reply because i am in doubt.and in last I want to say that syllabus of pharmacognsy and cology of 4semester is very conceptually covered by solution pharmacy channel because you are THE HERRO OF ALL Students with respect to pharmacology subject. Love you sir god bless you .please answer sir
Sir ek doubt hai, humne koi cholinergic drug di and it acts on smooth muscle jo ki M3 receptor hai or bronchi mai bhi M3 receptor hai to Sir hum vo drug de hi ku rahe hai jab humne side effects mil rahe hai iska solution kya hai?
Sir I have one question . When acetylcholine react with cholinergic receptor then the action of m1,m2, M3 &Nm,Nn receptor is increased ? Or not & decrease so give explanation ? Please 🙏
Sir kindly tell me.. Please elaborate Question is. There's no any specific antidote available for over dose of succinylcholine ... so how can we manage it if we give over Dose for a person having low cholinesterase plasma level .... How can we reserve it... 😓

Thank you so much for your love and support. Actually ACH is not used as a drug and its cogeners like cholinomimetics are given by diff routes.
atropine has muscarinic effects and ach has nicotinic effects so it neutralises rather than causing tachy and htn
Great video
