Edit: Hello, i would like to clarify that i am not comparing this song to Shaun's Way Back Home. I am comparing the situation regarding the backlash and accusations they received. Regardless, lets hope that the 'sajaegi' case will be solved soon and hoping that the music industry or entertainment industry in general would play fair in the future to prevent sajaegi from happening ever again.

People should just stop accusing other independent, underground or underrated artists for manipulation.
There are many independent & underground artists that are literally artists. They make music not only for the money & fame but because it's their passion

People who think this is sajaegi are not just idol fans, but most of Koreans. And they don't think like that for no reason.
For example, if bts, iu, zico••• are coming back with new songs, and they win the chart, nobody has doubt about sajaegi. Because they have career and listener that they have built up over the years. When they make a comeback, they usually show a constant number of listeners proven over the years and a corresponding graph. But for those like ovan, with no sign, suddenly a ridiculous number of users is recorded and shows them beating the Chart Monsters. What if Ovan and other indie/rnb singers got great achieves with understandable way? then nobody has doubt for them. Rather, people will like to hear new and good songs.

+I know what you mean and I also enjoy listening to indie music and think this song is pretty good. And of course it would be great if various music were on the chart. However, it is different for good music to be known to the public on some occasion (e.g., radio or TV broadcasts) and to be able to perform well to its musical quality, but to make people listen to it after manipulating the ranking. Isn't it right to have a good reputation in a fair way even if sometimes they unfortunately don't get good results?

whtata omh he literally went on Instagram and said he didn’t want the number 1 and for people to stop bothering him for it because that’s not what he wanted. There is even a video of him celebrating his number 25 position on the chart in 2018. He didn’t just come out of nowhere. He made good music and people responded to him by streaming his music on the genie charts.

@주희 그 페이지에 대해서 말하자면 너무 나도 길지만 말해드릴게요, 2015년 당시 제가 팔로우 시작했을때는 진짜 띵곡들 소개 시켜주다가 2018년 정도부터 갑자기 겨울에 듣기 좋은노래 top5라면서 아이유 김동률 이런 가수들 사이에 피아노맨? 노래 소개 이런식으로 오반도 쇼미더 머니에 나온다는 래퍼 이렇게 소개 되었습니다 당시 제 기억으로는 이미 팔로우가 100만정도인 페이지로 글에 안녕하세요 인사만해도 영향력있는 페이지 였습니다. 오반글을 올려서 100만 페이지에 답글이 없다? 그게 더 이상한거죠 추가로 말하자면 역시 그 명곡 top5라고 소개 시켜드린것중에ㅠ구린곡이 한곡식 있더라고요 ㅎㅎ (주관적이지만 매우 객관적임) 그리고 그 이후에 계정팔렸네 소문이 났죠 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
왜 그분들만 논란 생기냐고요? 님같은 사람들이 제대로 안알아보고 사람들 말에 선동당해서 그래요
오반님 노래 평소에도 정말 좋아하고 많이 듣는데 어떻게 지내도 한동안 제 플레이리스트에서 떠난 적이 없었어요! 무덤덤하게 과거를 회상하지만 한편으로 그리워하는 가사가 너무 좋았어요 지금까지도 너무 좋았지만 앞으로의 음악활동도 정말 많이 기대되네요!!
