    It's a nice offering, to be picky I'd say for an ebonite pen having a plastic feed is somewhat of a missed opportunity

    On their website it was only available with a 14K Gold nib. If the new release has a steel nib, at least it will be more affordable.

    If you open the slit you will lose a bunch of line variation. Dry pens are feasable to light writers that desire a bit of flex effect even on a hard nib. It is usable for small letters too and do not eat ink.

    AT THIS POINT I THINK FPR IS THE ONLY BRAND THAT MAKES BLACK EBONITE PISTON FILLERS.
    VACUUM FILLERS NONE MAKES THEM.
