You should put some marshmallows in the hot chocolate so they melt a little and then but some more on after, that’s what they do in places like costa as well

You can pull the nozzle up and it detatches from the side (meant to do that at the start thats why it didnt come out🙈) and then just put the nozzle upside down under the tap.
