No bloodshed, just feeding a hungry doggo who may or may not be some otherworldly eldritch beast from a millennium (I'm speaking stuff out of my ass on this one)
There’s a lot of variance on what’s shown in e2 art but at minimum we know Elder species, based on specific fantasy creatures, used to actually be said creatures. Other e2’s are more ambiguous, but in the case of animal ones, ch8 bird Mephisto alludes to the situation being similar.

Draco’s have an unquenchable flame with properties attuned to the shape of their soul, Kylin are naturally attuned to thunder and lightning and can wield related arts without a support catalyst/device, Nightzmora are the same with illusions, Pegasi with light, and so on. Elders have a unique constitution with innate abilities. Since all those abilities are closely in-line with their inspiration, and we have two concrete cases of those inspirations being literal ancestors, it’s almost certain the same is true for the remaining Elders.

I think its possible to stop Ceobe from getting hit by the ranged slug (assuming that's the trigger for her turning into a boss) by deploying Eureka first to stun the ranged slug then deploying a low dp cost operator to execute the slug before deploying Aak.

If she was coded to be an unit you cannot damage such as the ursus civilians or those machines from chalters event (?) then that would be another story but you probably wouldnt be able to push her anyway were that the case? I dunno.
