🙏❤️this is my second time listening to this amazing talk. I am going to be watching this talk again and again. I know it. Layer by layer. Emotion by emotion. Story by story. I by you. Connection by connection. Being by being. The language of interbeing, branch by branch, consciousness by consciousness. Fire together = wire together. Over and over. The way speaks. 🙏
I just cannot believe the charisma and generosity of these beautiful beings.i cannot say enough how beautiful these monks are and I hope the world can pour out out love upon them.much lice and peace for these outstanding beings
I like how he said not everything is as we perceive it. Sounds simple, but harder to practice our minds to stay in the present. I also liked when he joked about does happiness really have to come with suffering. But it does make sense. I'm going through a major transformation in my life and doing it alone without support and gentleness. So I'm constantly having moment to moment realm to realm of having to step back and disconnect the mind knots he was speaking about so calmly. It first I was in fear to watch this because oh my goodness birth and then death how dreadful, but the way its explained retrain what culture has taught us, our upbringing, our wounds it just seems logical to stay in the present. Also habits im noticing it fir the first time that they can make you or break us. It sounds like the goal isn't fir perfection, or competition, or material things, but to be comfortable and relax our minds when we get mixed up. Thank you for the wonderful encouragement.
Thank you for including the sound of the Bell before starting the teaching. It's all part of the experience, since many of us cannot be there. Thank you so much, Brother Phap Dung!
Thank you so much , Brother . As a grandma, I will take a little flame in the matchbox to play with my grandson so that he does not feel so sad when I no longer manifest in the form of his grandma anymore. He may see me dance my flame away joyfully and continue my new manifestatipn as a butterfly....Most gratitude to Thay and the sangha in Thailand.
Dear Brother much gratitude for sharing ur heart to help us learn to become good practitioners. Peace, joy and love ❤️ to you and the beloved community
Brother Phap Dung.In all the talks you give you radiate peace and joy and a wonderful sense of humour. It is magical that I can be sitting here in Spain and there your Dharma talk is in my mobile phone! I am not likely to be able to visit Plum Village I am 73 and not in good health but I can enjoy all the Dharma talks online.Blessings! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏♥️
This talk just keeps building and adding layers in a masterful way. Thank you teacher for keeping it real and sharing from your heart - it cuts right through everything.
Dear Brother Phap Dung, thank you so much for the teaching, I really needed it. The storm you were talking about... Thanks to you and the practice, now I feel that I can just be with it. I cannot begin to describe how transformational this is. Thank you.
Thank you for your exceptionally profound teaching . I love the song. Thay is here and you are and I am so happy to find your genuine heartfelt loving teaching. I want to sit in the bamboo cove and release and restore many blessings intuitively moment to moment. You are simply so beautiful and I breathed you in with joy as I do with Thay.
Dear Thay Phap Dung ❤ much love ❤ this made me cry💎don't know why but I surrender to suchness believing that you are in me and I am in you 🌷🌷🌷 Thank 🙏you🌷🌷🌷
I miss the bell sounding every 7-10 minutes, after a segment of teaching, after a deep insight. It helps Br Pham Dung breathe and come back to himself, and the bell helps listeners process what we have heard…thank you for reading.
Thank you so much Thay Phap Dung for this great class. I like this insight: Come from nowhere and going to nowhere, and when conditions come together something appears. You have shared much more, but for now I'll deep on these sentences in order to apply them to live a better life. My honor and gratitude to you. EC.
One difference between most Buddhist monks and Christian pastors is that they are so much more calm and soothing. Christian pastors shout too much to get the points across.
as a Traditional Catholic who attends and has attended Mass and Eastern Rite Liturgy for 35 years+ I have NEVER NEVER heard a priest shout. I am not sure what sort of Churches you have attended.
I listen to this beautiful teacher who Thay loves and knows . I turned my father onto an audio on Peace. My father loved him and he passed in 1995. I just sent this message to all I love for this Thanksgiving . Thank you so much I hope to visit Plum Village by 2025 for a retreat with this wonderful teacher since I was in the audience once with Thay in NY.

What a stupid teaching. He has nothing valuable to say. Why care about death Just live your life. When you are dead you will see or not. Nothing matters. Emptiness of emptiness.
well it IS a stupid teaching because he doesn't really teach anything. he just rambles. however everything matters and what you call 'death' is the separation of the IMMORTAL soul with the mortal body. when you're 'dead', that's when it starts for better or worse. at the Final Day our souls are united to our new immortal body, again for better or worse.

Ramos is a Filipino surname. I wonder if his teacher is a Filipino-American.
There are plenty of Ramos’s and the are not Filipino. I know plenty of Puerto Ricans, Dominicans with the last name. Mexicans too.
Our families live within us they never die
our individual, personal souls are immortal.
En Amerique, la façon d'exprimer est si different que la façon de s'exprimer en France😀
Invite the bell.
*Thread* Hole ... *meditate* on that, just for a bit ...
Ok,I'm 19 minutes in and he's still rambling like Grandpa Simpson. When does the actual teaching begin?
it doesn't. he talks a lot but says nothing. of course Western liberals lap up this jibberish.
What a stupid teaching. He has nothing valuable to say. Why care about death Just live your life. When you are dead you will see or not. Nothing matters. Emptiness of emptiness.
ruzickaw you intend not to see his daily talk. He means there is birth there is death or no birth no death.
ruzickaw huh?
hm, you're missing a lot. are you a practitioner?
Emptiness of emptiness = *Fullness*
