And he finally makes the final sacrifice, that saved not only the world but kairi. But I’m okay with this next arc. Sora literally has sacrificed himself for others since KH1, so like them trying to find him and let’s see what they sacrifice in order to get him back.
"Sora literally had the the power to save everyone but himself, because if he were to save himself he would have lost that which was most important to him" I read this on the Utada Hikaru music video and it hit T_T
@@Profar26 I believe that the Master of Masters might be testing him, that's probably why he shows up wherever Sora is in every world including at the end of KH3 when he's in the real world (our world).
@@Profar26 The Power of Waking also wasn't meant to be used to decide another's fate, but Sora used it for himself to bring back Kairi after Xehanort killed her. Mickey and the other Keyblade Masters warned him but he didn't listen. So as young Xehanort said "There's no saving you" . But I'm guessing that the Master of Masters and the Black Box will play a pivotal role in returning Sora to their world.
Thinking about the hard times sora went through so everyone could be reunited makes this song hit that much harder. Can’t wait to see what journey you’ll take us on next sora. I’ll have to suffice with sora in smash till KH4 releases in 2030!
s was the perfect emding to Sora's story he used a power he hadn't mastered and didnt understand despite his friends and enemies warning him not to, but he did anyway to save those he loved and those who didnt exist till he believed they did and the price was himeself....it was actually a perfect ending
I love how they had Sora appear at the start of twilight and disappear when it ended, like Kawataredoki in Kimi No Na Wa (Your Name). He's really gone from their world 😭
Seeing everyone together on the island is what I was waiting for. This game may not have lived up to the something like 14 year hype but this ending made it all worth it to me.
You know what? I don't care what people say. This game will forever be beautiful to me. I love these characters so much and it felt SO good to see them all happy.
I finally got to the ending and my heart is broken. I never expected that to happen to Sora after everything. I hope everyone in the end here is in the next game.
This ending didn't hit me quite as hard until Re Mind, where they really emphasize how much Sora and Kairi really mean to each other, and the incredible lengths Sora went to so everyone could be there, just hanging out like they've always deserved to be able to do. Only for his selfless efforts to eventually undo him and cause him to fade away, a fate that I only assume he used all of his strength of will to postpone just to spend his final moments with Kairi, and to help a couple more people along the way. (being Naminé and Chirithy) I know he isn't actually DEAD, but the way this ending makes you feel in the moment, when you consider everything Re Mind throws at you, is extremely emotionally palpable.
Man, where the credits begin, i started to crying. What a saga, what a adventure ! Remembering all of the memories of all games + Sora who dissapear + that music is what made cry a full grown man.
To "SAVE" Everyone, a certain price must be realized by moment and paid by choice... He knew it was worth it, for a world without those that matter to him and make up who he is now is a place the heart could never endure alone... This story is over. However... The End is only the Beginning. What's next is up to you to find out. ~See you in the aftermath~
Most people don't know so I'll say the voice actress that does the Japanese songs...same person that does the English songs! She did the songs for KH 1,2,3 in both Japanese and English!
....you must be really really really young to not know who Utada Hikaru is or you’re just out of touch with what people actually know. That woman’s been around since the 90s she’s an R&B singer. Everyone knows who she is, especially if you play KH. Most people Know. Idk how you assumed they didn’t.
Playing every KH game as a child and living 20+ years for *THIS SCENE* , is enough to make a grown man cry. -But not THIS man! Get back in there tears- !
I find it amazing that, despite this being my first ever kingdom hearts game, and the majority of anything I know about the series came from youtube videos that I thought didn’t talk about important things until I realized these games skip over a lot of important things, I teared up so bad during the reunion scenes in the keyblade graveyard (I’m not much of a cryer for video games, tearing up is my equivalent). Mickey and the other Keyblade Masters warned him but he didn't listen. So as young Xehanort said "There's no saving you" . But I'm guessing that the Master of Masters and the Black Box will play a pivotal role in returning Sora to their world.
The song by hikaru utada make this even more emotional 😭
Thinking about the hard times sora went through so everyone could be reunited makes this song hit that much harder. Can’t wait to see what journey you’ll take us on next sora. I’ll have to suffice with sora in smash till KH4 releases in 2030!
s was the perfect emding to Sora's story he used a power he hadn't mastered and didnt understand despite his friends and enemies warning him not to, but he did anyway to save those he loved and those who didnt exist till he believed they did and the price was himeself....it was actually a perfect ending
This scene make me cry
the song make it sadder
I love how they had Sora appear at the start of twilight and disappear when it ended, like Kawataredoki in Kimi No Na Wa (Your Name). He's really gone from their world 😭
Man. . . Not even FINAL FANTASY VII's ending had me tearing up so much.
Nomura. . . You magnificent bastard.
Seeing everyone together on the island is what I was waiting for. This game may not have lived up to the something like 14 year hype but this ending made it all worth it to me.
Everyone having a good time at the beach.
Sora: Imma head out
Imposible not cry
roxas and ventus interacting outside their friend groups makes me think they switched outfits for a day and are trying to see who notices
Dont mind me
I'm just over here crying
After watching this for the millionth time
Im here
You know what? I don't care what people say. This game will forever be beautiful to me. I love these characters so much and it felt SO good to see them all happy.
Utada is undefeated with the music for Kingdom Hearts and I love this song but man, every-time I listen to it, my vital organs ache.
I finally got to the ending and my heart is broken. I never expected that to happen to Sora after everything. I hope everyone in the end here is in the next game.
Guys don''t worry, when Sora Disappeared, he ended up in Smash Ultimate!
sora keeps giving his heart to kairi with no hesitation at all. Kh1 sora coming full circle.
One of the best trilogy in KH 🥹
Sora disappearing makes me cry everytime
I really love that when Sora disappears and Kairi lowers her head the sun dims. The ending was heavy with feels and the song amplifies it
Next stop, Quadratum. Now it's our, and Kairi's turn to save you, Sora!
You might be able to leave this world, but you won't be able return to the world you came from.
When ever I wanna cry I listen to this
This ending didn't hit me quite as hard until Re Mind, where they really emphasize how much Sora and Kairi really mean to each other, and the incredible lengths Sora went to so everyone could be there, just hanging out like they've always deserved to be able to do. Only for his selfless efforts to eventually undo him and cause him to fade away, a fate that I only assume he used all of his strength of will to postpone just to spend his final moments with Kairi, and to help a couple more people along the way. (being Naminé and Chirithy) I know he isn't actually DEAD, but the way this ending makes you feel in the moment, when you consider everything Re Mind throws at you, is extremely emotionally palpable.
awesome cut scene and music
👍
Say what you like of this game, but this was the best ending of the franchise to me.
Perfectly bittersweet.
Man, where the credits begin, i started to crying. What a saga, what a adventure ! Remembering all of the memories of all games + Sora who dissapear + that music is what made cry a full grown man.
THANK YOU SORA AND BATMAN
WHAT A DAY
To "SAVE" Everyone, a certain price must be realized by moment and paid by choice...
He knew it was worth it, for a world without those that matter to him and make up who he is now is a place the heart could never endure alone...
This story is over.
However...
The End is only the Beginning.
What's next is up to you to find out.
~See you in the aftermath~
I beat this game when it first came out and did not realize sora disappeared. My mind is blown rn.
Waited 15 long years for this moment. It really hit home😢
I love that song so much but it brings me to Cry rivers every time I hear it😭
I love the emotional sucker punch of Sora disappearing, punctuacred by slides from his most recent adventure.
Most people don't know so I'll say the voice actress that does the Japanese songs...same person that does the English songs! She did the songs for KH 1,2,3 in both Japanese and English!
nOoOoOoOoOo really?????
....you must be really really really young to not know who Utada Hikaru is or you’re just out of touch with what people actually know. That woman’s been around since the 90s she’s an R&B singer. Everyone knows who she is, especially if you play KH. Most people Know. Idk how you assumed they didn’t.
I mean if you played the originals back on ps2 when they came out and still came to play KH3, you know who utada hikaru is
It's not an international anime mega project until Utada Hikaru does a song for it.
That’s common knowledge if you played the Kingdomhearts series.
This game was SO fun to play, and it messed with my emotions so bad
Me too except u are prob a grown up and I am a kid who played when I was 8 and man I look back I'm restarting the game and when I get done I will probably cry I'll be older. Ps I don't know anyone except my older cousin who knows from other than Me. Just a joke: baby eraquis is to pretty to be a boy. 😂😂😂
I remember I was at a comic con in Philly and had a speaker and played this song when I saw a few people cosplaying as sora and played this song one girl cried and said omg I love this song
Watch this be in the smash reveal
Unfortunately no. It’s not even in the playlist.
Why does everyone start looking at Sora and Kairi. I like to imagine that Sora and Kairi literally just appeared sitting on that tree.
Everyone got their happy ending because of sora, but Kairi/Sora never got their happy ending, Sora only got to say goodbye to Kairi.
@@ncmor3678 here come the tears
@@ncmor3678 yes but why did they SUDDENLY start looking at them. They were all chilling but then suddenly Donald goes "fuck this let's see Sora." To me, it only makes sense if Donald didn't realize Sora was sitting there. Same with everyone else.
@@ncmor3678 also its BS that Kairi didn't get the chance for an interesting ending with Sora.
I believe they’re looking at the sunset
I will always love and cherish Kingdom Hearts 3 for getting me into this phenomenal game franchise even though I didn’t understand any of the characters or any of their journeys I still loved KH3 and after becoming more familiar with the characters and learning about them I fully get the emotional gut punch this ending must’ve had. Thank you Kingdom Hearts 3 for existing :)
this bought a tear to my eye
All I could think of is my cousin….he passed away this year two months ago…he was my best friend and I thought we had all these years together…i thought forever
Mickey knows what's about to happen to Sora, yet he's still smiling when he looks up at him and Kairi.
