Hey Rachel and Russ, Torts always says there are no free agents coming next year, so the guys that are hear need to produce. This got me thinking about the deeper prospects and who has a realistic shot at making the team next year. We are all aware of the guys in London and Luchanko, so no need to go over them again too much, but I checked in on Cole Knuble and it seems like he's having a nice sophomore season at Notre Dame this year; 17 pts in 12 games. If he keeps up this type of production that would be a very good season for him in his sophomore year and at 20 years old I would think he would be given every opportunity to make the roster next year. What are you thoughts on him and are there any other deeper prospects worth talking about right now?

I hope none of them do. I don't care for this stupid tournament in the least.
I care about the players staying healthy. I hate the Olympics too. Pursuit of the stanley cup is all that matters.

No interest and I think it is unfair to the players who have a grueling schedule in the NHL. Are these guys monetarily compensated for this tournament? I am sure there is money to be made by the NHL in this tournament. I hope some of the proceeds goes to the players but I would doubt it. When one o9f the all stars gets a season ending injury I am sure the tone win change
