@@peytondesiree3163 I live in a town at the North West of Scotland an saw you're story. I'm so so sorry you lost your dad so suddenly. I lost my mum almost 2 years ago after suddenly going to the hospital for something completely unrelated an we were told she had weeks to live because of liver cancer. She lasted 6 months in a hospital bed at home. I'm humbled by your life an what you decided to do to honour you dad so so beautifully, but also help others in the way that wouldn't have even have thought about little own have done it! The fishermen who took your dad far into the sea an gently dropping him into the water so he'll travel the world an wash up anywhere an inspire others to do the same that want to honour their loved ones but don't know how. You're an inspiration to many people an will continue to be for you're whole life I'd imagine. Please continue to maybe let us know how you're doin? I for 1 would like to know 🙂 not in a creepy way though! Lol take care. Sending love from Scotland ❌

God bless Kelly for doing this show. And Paula (my sister in law and widow of my brother Bill) kept her promise and she is still friends with Peyton to this day as I am. A new family was forged from this shared grief. Just this Monday, I drove my parents down to the beach where we met Peyton and her grandmother and Paula for lunch. It felt like the spirit of my brother and Peyton’s dad were there with us…..with the new family.
My father passed away Monday and we didn’t find him until Wednesday. He was an avid motorcycle lover too. Praying for you and your family.

Thank you both so much for the kind words. It’s definitely been hard. He was my best friend. We had our differences and I didn’t agree with his choices all of the time, but my dad was my hero. I don’t think the reality of it has fully set in yet bc we are still going through his things, but I think my brothers and I are trying to stay as strong as we can bc we have two younger sisters age 11 and 7. Our dad passed right in between their birthdays too, so that’s been tough. ❤️

Thank you for this story Kelly. I lost my little brother at the young age of 31 all of a sudden from heart attack early this year and to know I'm not alone going through sudden family grief oddly does help. Prayers to both of you ladies and your famiies. Stronger together 💕 💪🏾 Love you both even though I don't know you. #LOVE4ALL was at the core of my brothers heart always, so I pass on his legacy living the same. 😢🥰

11:00 on a Sunday morning and I'm sitting here crying like a blubbering fool! Kelly, you do this to me every time!!! Peyton, you are one fantastic daughter! The time your Dad invested in you shows - you are mature beyond your age. You are very lucky that he was such a devoted and loving Dad. Even though you only had him for a short time, he completed raising you in that time. Many kids are not so lucky with their relationships with their Dad. And now you have Paula as well !! It's amazing how such a seemingly small thing like a message in a bottle thrown into the ocean can have such an incredible impact on people. I hope your Dad enjoys his travels and I hope he "lands" occasionally in the hands of someone else who takes the time to contact you like Paula did. Have a great life - Dad's watching!

I’m from outside of Dallas too. My dad also died on March 9th, from a motorcycle accident. He knew they would kill him one day. He always ended every goodbye with, “I’ll see you on the other side.” And i always hated it but now looking back I find comfort in it. I miss him everyday. She will probably never see this comment but if she does, where did your get your motorcycle necklace?
