The thing that people who don't understand how the legal system works don't understand is that you can have all the evidence in the world, piles and piles of it. But if there is ANY PART of the story that has even a FRACTION of doubt then by the laws of the United States of America that person is innocent. In the US a person has to be proven BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. There is a laundry list of reasonable doubts in this case. I served jury duty once. ALL OF US on the jury thought the guy who's case we were judging was guilty, we all just had a feeling. But you can't convict someone on feelings. You look at the evidence given to you and if there is any doubt AT ALL then the person is not guilty. The prosecution has to prove 100%, unanimously, WITHOUT QUESTION that the person is guilty. Even a simple, hmm that part there doesn't make sense is enough to be a reasonable doubt. Whether or not you agree with that doesn't matter because that is the LAW and the LAW is all that matters. There are probably thousands, tens of thousands maybe of guilty people who get off all the time because the prosecution couldn't prove their case. Proving someone is guilty BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT is extremely difficult.

Part 7 of this interview is the most honest part of the interview. For the sake of his kids, he should have been more dedicated to proving who killed her. It would have saved him money in the civil case.

He was the only one with a clear motive, which was what your comment was about... :) Cops in LA get the death penalty if caught planting evidence. There were over 45 locations of blood found at the scene and in the bronco, not to mention the other physical evidence. There were no other suspects. There would have had to have been multiple cops planting just the blood evidence, and do you honestly think a cop would risk his own life and possibly getting the death penalty just to frame one guy? Use some common sense Ms.Longmore Not to mention the Bruno Magli shoes. There were only 250 or so of those shoes in the size found, that were actually made, and OJ was caught on camera wearing them in many occasions. And he was also caught lying about having worn them. After the criminal case, OJ was tried under a civil case and he lost and ordered to pay the goldman family 33.5 million dollars in damages for the killings. This wasn't a race issue. After watching several documentaries about other true crimes, things aren't as clear as the prosecution would you like you to believe (ex. West Memphis 3, Steven Avery). I am on the fence with what I believe regarding OJ. It's hard to have a valid opinion when we don't study the evidence first hand. When you take a look at court cases where people were found later to be wrongfully convicted, arrests have been rushed under public and political pressure to arrest someone. I'm not saying OJ is innocent, but at the same time I'm not rushing to the opinion that he is guilty either. The sole focus of the investigation was on OJ early on, that has been well documented. And after he was viewed as a suspect, all other theories were left to the wayside. Same with Steven Averie's first and second conviction, same with West Memphis 3. It is documented how certain key police acted and how prosecutors proceeded embellishing the evidence. We know Mark Fuhrman's past is poor.

I know there's a lot of reason for people to believe that OJ did it. I'm not sure myself, but after watching most of this interview, I get the strong sense that he didn't do it but he knows who did. You can see it in his eyes, he knows. There's more to this than we all know, maybe other parties involved. It's interesting to me that not one other person than the cast of characters who testified during the trial have come forth to share any details about OJ and Nicole's relationship or their habits. I can only imagine that they also know something but do not want to tarnish Nicole or OJ's reputation further, which of course is a nonissue now. But, this fact alone is quite telling.
I’ve read several books about OJ & his case, one was written by his niece (his sister’s daughter), & she stated Nicole did slap one of the help in the face. However, the niece also stated she believes OJ committed the murders.

Really hasn't wavered? He wrote that book, "(If) I Did It," which included a chapter describing the murder in brutal detail. Granted, he needed the money, but why would he do THAT? There was far too much evidence, early on, for this to have been a police frame up. It was literally a Mountain Of Evidence, and all of it pointing directly at The Juice! If this had been some schmuck off the street, instead of the great O.J. Simpson, the trial would have lasted about four weeks, the jury would have convicted, and the schmuck would be sitting on death row awaiting the well deserved needle. Scheck, had no answer for several key issues, seemed confused, contradicted themselves, the defense experts, Dr. Lee, etc. were firm, consistent, under questioning by prosecution attorneys, never wavered, saying over and over, that the results showed that O.J. s blood DID NOT MIX with the victims blood, on the socks, bronco, crime scene, etc. AT THE TIME OF THE CRIME, CASE CLOSED!!! DNA testing is so complicated that in 1994 very few people in the world understood the process, I am surrounded by M.D. s even today most of them know little about it. It is very expensive, many countries do not have a lab that can do it. I am certain, that 99% of the people who comment on this case, could not answer this question, even doctors and lawyers - How many times DOES ONE SINGLE SAMPLE, blood, other body fluid, fiber, hair, etc. GETS TESTED in order to arrive at the final result?? I will give you options, 10 or more, 30 or more, 60 or more, 100 or more, etc??. I KNOW because I have researched this for decades, NO SHAME even most judges HAVE NO CLUE!! ALL OF US on the jury thought the guy who's case we were judging was guilty, we all just had a feeling. But you can't convict someone on feelings. You look at the evidence given to you and if there is any doubt AT ALL then the person is not guilty. The prosecution has to prove 100%, unanimously, WITHOUT QUESTION that the person is guilty. Even a simple, hmm that part there doesn't make sense is enough to be a reasonable doubt. Whether or not you agree with that doesn't matter because that is the LAW and the LAW is all that matters. There are probably thousands, tens of thousands maybe of guilty people who get off all the time because the prosecution couldn't prove their case. Proving someone is guilty BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT is extremely difficult.

Not enough time between the thuds Kato heard at 10:40 pm and 10:55 pm when OJ answered the limo driver to clean up and get rid of bloody clothes. Cops in LA get the death penalty if caught planting evidence. There were over 45 locations of blood found at the scene and in the bronco, not to mention the other physical evidence. There were no other suspects.

I had o come back and relive this 90s monumental debacle. OJ sounds quite convincing in this part of the interview. One day, the TRUTH will be revealed.
After watching several documentaries about other true crimes, things aren't as clear as the prosecution would you like you to believe (ex. West Memphis 3, Steven Avery). I am on the fence with what I believe regarding OJ. It's hard to have a valid opinion when we don't study the evidence first hand. When you take a look at court cases where people were found later to be wrongfully convicted, arrests have been rushed under public and political pressure to arrest someone. I'm not saying OJ is innocent, but at the same time I'm not rushing to the opinion that he is guilty either. The sole focus of the investigation was on OJ early on, that has been well documented. And after he was viewed as a suspect, all other theories were left to the wayside. Same with Steven Averie's first and second conviction, same with West Memphis 3. It is documented how certain key police acted and how prosecutors proceeded embellishing the evidence. We know Mark Fuhrman's past is poor.

I know there's a lot of reason for people to believe that OJ did it. I'm not sure myself, but after watching most of this interview, I get the strong sense that he didn't do it but he knows who did. You can see it in his eyes, he knows. There's more to this than we all know, maybe other parties involved. It's interesting to me that not one other person than the cast of characters who testified during the trial have come forth to share any details about OJ and Nicole's relationship or their habits. I can only imagine that they also know something but do not want to tarnish Nicole or OJ's reputation further, which of course is a nonissue now. But, this fact alone is quite telling.

There was far too much evidence, early on, for this to have been a police frame up. It was literally a Mountain Of Evidence, and all of it pointing directly at The Juice! If this had been some schmuck off the street, instead of the great O.J. Scheck, had no answer for several key issues, seemed confused, contradicted themselves, the defense experts, Dr. Lee, etc. were firm, consistent, under questioning by prosecution attorneys, never wavered, saying over and over, that the results showed that O.J. s blood DID NOT MIX with the victims blood, on the socks, bronco, crime scene, etc. AT THE TIME OF THE CRIME, CASE CLOSED!!! DNA testing is so complicated that in 1994 very few people in the world understood the process, I am surrounded by M.D. s even today most of them know little about it. It is very expensive, many countries do not have a lab that can do it. I am certain, that 99% of the people who comment on this case, could not answer this question, even doctors and lawyers - How many times DOES ONE SINGLE SAMPLE, blood, other body fluid, fiber, hair, etc. GETS TESTED in order to arrive at the final result?? I will give you options, 10 or more, 30 or more, 60 or more, 100 or more, etc??. I KNOW because I have researched this for decades, NO SHAME even most judges HAVE NO CLUE!! In 1994 ALMOST NOBODY knew how to handle DNA samples, everything THE LAPD did was wrong, they were not trained, today they are!! Last point - the prosecution called the limo driver, he was their witness - i have reviewed A. Parks testimony WORD BY WORD, M. Clark, etc. ask him over and over, what he saw, what he heard, etc. Parks SAID HE NEVER HEARD THE BRONCO, HE NEVER NOTICED IT, HE NEVER SAW ANYONE RUNNING, WALKING FROM THE BRONCO TO THE HOUSE, etc. CONCLUSION - The prosecution s theory that O.J. killed 2 people, ALONE, drove the bronco at great speed, burning rubber, etc. DID NOT HAPPEN. IT IS NOT ONLY ilogical, it is RIDICULUS!!! Was O.J. involved?? I DO NOT KNOW, but I am 100% SURE, that the crime DID NOT HAPPEN HOW THE PROSECUTION said it did. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! Why were there NO DNA TESTS on the samples from the victims fingernails?? I WANT TO KNOW WHO THEY WERE FIGHTING, SCRATCHING?? The prosecution DID NOT WANT TO KNOW, WHY?? No scratches on O.J, THEREFORE IT HAD TO BE SOMEBODY ELSE, of course THAT WAS NOT IMPORTANT TO KNOW!!! I could not care less about O.J. I am not a football fan, think he is a horrible actor, etc. I am white, I LOVE THE TRUTH AND COMMON SENSE!!!

OJ over powered RG getting the knife which slipped from RG slippery blood soaked hands. In a paniced furry he stabbed RG to death. He drove home in a panic. the rest is history.

Then suddenly, you are in a limo 12-15 minutes later, and there are only "drops" of blood? No blood in the limo?
Dude he didn’t go straight from the murder scene into the limo lol. That’s the whole point of the prosecution’s case... that OJ would have had plenty of time to clean himself up and change first. The period of time was not 15 minutes.
