So here's the thing about Touch and Roll's unlock system. You start out with just world 1, then unlock the rest in batches of 2 or 3 until you complete world 10. For world 11, you need to go through the 2 "secret" red goals in the game. Then to unlock world 12, you need to beat world 11 and collect 2006 bananas in the previous worlds. And btw, you can clear save data with a secret startup combination like the Pokemon games. Regardless, great video as usual!
For that startup combination, it's both shoulder buttons and the four lettered face buttons (A, B X & Y). Apparently it's in the manual's 5th page. I get the feeling you'd have already searched for this intel online (heck, I just did a basic search to get the answer), but I at least hope it helps!

I've been emulating this game for a while now. Wanna hear a cool trick to get proper stick input for this game? Set touchscreen input to absolute, map it to left stick, map tapping the touchscreen to a button (for me, ZR) and hold it at all times during gameplay. While the other control schemes are nice and all, I recommend this to anyone who wishes to play this game in the modern era.
I’ve always felt this is a really underrated game both for the DS and the Monkey Ball series. Also, hold L+R+start+select to skip the credits. I feel like I’m the only be who knows that not only it’s a credit skip, but can be used anywhere to reset to the AiAi shaking his butt screen

I believe the reason the voice clips were pitched up might be because they were compressed; I've heard that the pitch increasing is a side effect of that. I don’t know how accurate that is, though, so take this with a grain of salt.
Could be a sample rate error, if a voice sample is recorded at 22khz then played back at CD-quality, 44khz, it sounds high pitched and plays back twice as fast, and since 44khz is more common these days I can see a mistake like this happening.

I do think it is a bit annoying to see stages from SMB1 and SMB2 being repeated here, while the more unique stages gets barely noticed at first. Also, Starfish/Reversible Gear in World 2. Can't wait for a base-breaker with Banana Blitz. I liked both versions of it.
