Learnt 2 things, both were new. Thanks alot to keep the video to the point. Only one problem, while explaining the location of accelerator cable point and fuel mix settings for mileage settings, there was a huge noise of air which caused the disturbances while listening rest all good. Thanks

Jai ram ji ki Sharma ji -smock ka koi issue nahi hy sir black smock usally high vibration k karan silencer se nikalta hy or whate wala oil burning k karan..!! apko ye samjhna hoga ki smock actull me oil wala hy ya silencer deposit wala... kyyoki silencer wala normally nikalta hy per oil wala ek serious issue hy that indicate oil consumption during ignition..
DEAR SIR, MAINE APNI BIKE PR AVERAGE CHEK KIYA WITH ABOVE TECHNIQUE 1.1KM i.e. 44kmpl THEN I FILLED 1Ltr PETROL AND GOT 28KM ONLY. AND WITH 10Lts FUEL I GOT 355KM.. Why so difference...
The difference is just becose of the different road condition.... say for example you got 44 kmpl in 35 ml 28 km in 1000 ml qnd 35x10 km in 10 lites.. its say that all the time the condition was different.

Check and clean spark plug, test the mileage by cutting fuel supply and use given formula to calculate kmpl, locate fix accelerator below the engine and increase the throttle response, cut off fuel mixture by turning the brass nut clockwise and try start the engine, minor adjustments in fixed accelerator if it doesn't start, once engine comes to life reintroduce fuel mixture by turning brass nut anti clockwise, accelerate while screwing the nut (lol) until you feel the accelerator maxed out. That should hopefully be your optimal mileage and translation.

Dear Hitesh.. the carburetor setting for every 2 wheeler is almost same you can se the video of bajaj pulsar..whose carburetor is much similar to avenger....try tto set you carburetor as per given the video.

there is no particular round for any bike we just need to set it at the maximum level of R.P.M...!!

Bhai ji ko ram ram mane pulsar 180 ka piston or valve k kaam krwya tha jab mai bike mai jadaa aaselater krta hu Kuch whater or black smoke aata hai...pher mane bike Chak krwai tu company wali bolte hai ke abe piston pr carbon nhe jaama hai or exhaust bhi clinging nhe hu hai us k Baad problem nhe hoge.....kya aasa hota hai....or bike kaam krwani k Baad 600km chali hai
Jai ram ji ki Sharma ji -smock ka koi issue nahi hy sir black smock usally high vibration k karan silencer se nikalta hy or whate wala oil burning k karan..!! apko ye samjhna hoga ki smock actull me oil wala hy ya silencer deposit wala... kyyoki silencer wala normally nikalta hy per oil wala ek serious issue hy that indicate oil consumption during ignition..
oil consumption 2000 km pr 300 ml consumption

THEN I FILLED 1Ltr PETROL AND GOT 28KM ONLY. AND WITH 10Lts FUEL I GOT 355KM.. Why so difference...
The difference is just becose of the different road condition.... say for example you got 44 kmpl in 35 ml 28 km in 1000 ml qnd 35x10 km in 10 lites.. its say that all the time the condition was different.

Check and clean spark plug, test the mileage by cutting fuel supply and use given formula to calculate kmpl, locate fix accelerator below the engine and increase the throttle response, cut off fuel mixture by turning the brass nut clockwise and try start the engine, minor adjustments in fixed accelerator if it doesn't start, once engine comes to life reintroduce fuel mixture by turning brass nut anti clockwise, accelerate while screwing the nut (lol) until you feel the accelerator maxed out. That should hopefully be your optimal mileage and translation.
