Ive always wanted to visit Hendersonville but never been before..i loove to travel but also love the mountains we have here in the state!I hope you get to go back soon Best of luck👍🙏😊
I really enjoyed your video. We’ve been living in Hendersonville now for over 12 years and it’s just amazing how time flies. Hendersonville is both a great place to visit and a great place to live. Downtown is a quintessential downtown of Hallmark movie charm. Well then there’s Blowing Rock so maybe we’re next but there are so few downtowns that offer so many different restaurants and shops in such a concentrated walking area. Not that I’m well traveled but I’ve been to NYC, Atlanta, New Orleans and San Francisco and yes they’re great but generally you go to an area like the Village or Old Town or the French Quarter but in Hendersonville you just go to Main Street and you’re there. I loved your scene in The Park. I walk my little Shih Tzu there almost every week but I’ve never sat down and stayed in that spot to watch for snapping turtles. Next time while spending the day you might want to hop over to Carl Sandburg Home or DuPont Forest or Pisgah National and if you find yourself a little thirsty we have five or six breweries and a few wineries… I mean it’s nothing short of amazing how much variety we have and now, or very soon, the Ecusta Trail will complete a safe path for pedestrians, strollers and cyclists from here to Brevard. Oh, I almost forgot Jump Off Rock for a beautiful view of it all. Come on back, stay awhile and show us some more 😊 1thousandreasons2lovehendersonvillenc.blogspot.com/2024/02/blog-post.html
Thanks so much! Both are very nice places and worth visiting. Lots of restaurants and cafes, boutiques, and unique shops in each town. I love them both!

Hello there. There are pros and cons to both areas but to sum it up we think we'd rather live in Hendo and visit Asheville. You get more for your money (rent / housing) in Hendo along with less traffic and people seem more relaxed here. We love to drive so its no problem to make a quick trip to Asheville when we want. Asheville has the lion's share of restaurants, nightlife and all around general activities though and we go back a lot, especially in summer. We really liked living in both areas and both areas have been really great for us! I guess it depends on what you want. For fun and excitement we'd live in Asheville and for the quiet life we'd pick Hendersonville. If you like nature both areas have a lot of it so no worries there. I hope this helped and thanks so much for watching. Have a great day!
We hope you had a nice trip, hopefully you weren't here on that random snowy weekend we had, lol! Thanks for watching and commenting, we really appreciate it!
Hi, I am moving there in couple months. How is it for brown/asian ppl?? I know the asian populations is very tiny but do you think ppl r open minded and welcoming?? I am moving from triangle to Hendo.. My first pick was Asheville but it is kinda expensive.. Thanks.
Hello, I wish we could be more help but we really couldn't answer your question. Hopefully you can visit before your move and get a feel for the place yourself? Best of luck!
hendersonville is really small. What these guys did is about as exciting as it gets.
Thank you! I want to move to Hendersonville so bad! It was my childhood hometown and I can't wait to return for good!
Thanks for watching and leaving a nice comment, Crystal! We hope you get back here soon.
@@KurtandSara Thank you! :D

Hi, can you do a video covering which areas are more prone to flooding and which are not?
Hi, sorry but we aren't that knowledgeable about the area for that kind of video but we'd stay away from any areas close to the rivers. :)
Hi there! How is Hendo treating you? Just curious, do you prefer it over Asheville?

My wife and I are going there next week for our honeymoon. Think it'll snow?

Asheville is geared toward the GAY Community. You probably know by now ( 2024 - Aug, ) that people are just really good citizens. Right?
There's only one big problem: you don't tell us the name of any of the places you visited. Kinda weird just watching people walk around 😲😲😲
