    Ganyan din ang gawa ko sa isda pag nagsawa na ako sa prito , paksiw o sinigang . Kinamatisang isda. Madali pang lutuin , masarap pa . Hindi mo na kailangan pang prituhin ang isda. Natutunan ko yan sa lolo ko nung elementary pa lang ako.

    Ano po itong luto na it sa bangus, sarsyado po ba, Patang mas matara 3:22 baho, buti pa sinigang na lang, madaling lutuin, basta lagyan ng pampaasim na sampaloc , hiniwang 2 kamatis sabay sabay silang isama ss hiniwang bangus,kain na tayo-Sarap. .

    Ang tawag naming mga taal na Bulakenya ay …” SARSIADONG ISDA”…..Kadalasan,.Bangus ang ginagamit namin,,,,maari din ang Tilapia…Hasa-Hasa….Galunggong…Matambaka…..Masarap na….madali pang lutuin,..Eka nga ..NO SWEAT na pagluluto……

      Remar…….Kadalasan , ang PATIS ay ginagamit para “ panlasa o Umami sa mga pagkaing niluluto…” Ang asin naman ay
      pang-alat o pang-alis ng lansa lalo kung may sabaw ang niluluto,,…Para makatiyak na hindi AALAT ang niluluto. sabi mi nga
      “ May asin na ..may Patis pa…..simple lang ang gawin……TIKMAN mo ….yan ang most practical…..Isa pa nga pala….NAIIBA ang
      lasa ng mga lutong pina-tisan kaysa sa ina-sinan…..Suggestion lang Remar,,.no offense meant sa iyo….
