The front part and the rear are the same or not

There's just LH and RH part numbers from Toyota. Same for front and back seat rows. Links for the parts are in the description.

I got the parts already installed but doors not open from inside looks that the rod needs to be more pulled and the handle dont help so i pulled the rod with my hand and the doors open so rear and front are the same part number or not
