Hello everyone, MT here with the usual trainspotting action. Starting off the year 2019 with trainspotting with a 90 minutes time at Crewe railway station on the west coast mainline. Crewe always has something going on with the standard passenger services with the rare visitor or two passing through not to forgetting any freight services from the north or south passing through as well.
Trains include: Virgin Trains 390 Pendolino’s & 221 Voyagers, London Northwestern 350’s, Transport for Wales 175’s & 150, Northern 319’s, East Midlands Trains 153, Freightliner 90’s, DB Cargo 90’s & 92016, TPE 68022 and BR Blue 08631 Shunter

Well yes and no. That is indeed the locomotive for the Nova 3 sets for Transpennine Express but the locomotive itself is not called a Nova 3, it is actually a class 68, built by Stadler.
