We're missing an important first part which someone else linked in the comments so it's hard to figure out the context of what they're talking about without hearing about Sumire's condition.
Btw, 0:22 The "燃える" that Yashiro uses here is common Japanese internet slang meaning to get flamed/roasted (by fans for something). So in context he's saying that it's a sensitive topic that could get public backlash (jokingly of course). I feel like just saying "Burn" doesn't convey the full message.
