Davido's grandma Madam Esther Adeleke was C&S missionary and it was the mission work that took her from Eastern Nigeria to Ede where she met her husband.
It was read out during her funeral service years back.

No, that cap is part of been a member of cherubim, it is allowed. If you watched he changed the cap to another cap at the end of the service. That white small cap is a sign of acknowledging that he is a member.
