When I saw someone's comment on the original Eagle Fly Free video telling that someone has made a cover that is better than original, I was ready to take a steamy shit on this videos comment section, but what on planet earth, suprisingly as fuck, this was actually very good and made honor to the original one. Guess I was expecting drum & bass or some shit like that. Great !!!!
I had a very intense conversation about my favorite bass players with someone a few weeks ago that I thought was very musically knowledgeable. I told him a very underrated bassist is Markus Gropkopf...he was like who? I told him about this album and he was like "OHHH" yea he gets it lol

Strangely, I learned about this album the same day I first heard of Alchemyst, whose latest album also has a cover of this same song. It has to be said, the Alchemyst version is far better. Still, the all-bass thing is an interesting concept that I'd been hoping someone would try for a while now. And it's hard for a song this kick-ass to sound bad.
They say the bass can't be replaced but the guitar sure can be ;this sounds way cooler with basses only, and I'm so glad that I play bass. By the way whenever i feel disappointed because the bass is always being overshadowed I play this and feel proud.

Vocals and drums are overpowering the bass. Would be good if you got a new singer(that didn't sing like this), and a new drummer that knows that drumming isn't all about being fast and repetitive.

Someone turned Spinal Tap's "Big Bottom" into a reality. I love it.
the revised bass solo in this one kicks the originals ass. this is up there with tornado of souls as one of my fav solos.
