Ivan will most likely start with Hershey but be a jumping up to the Caps full time mid way through the season. And yes the kid did fight cancer at 18, and made his way back to the ice.
Yeah, he did really well for them this year. Hope he continues to improve!
Holding out hopes that Stankoven might just creep into Extended but think he’s more likely for Series 1 of next year like you said.
Yeah, he just debuted way too late imo to sneak in based on previous years, but who knows! Could be in for a surprise!
Just updating this, Stankoven was in the previews for 2024-25 UD Artifacts as a rookie, so he won't be in Extended unless they really break precedents
Yeagar penguins?
Brayden Yager? He hasn't played an NHL game yet so the earliest he'll get a Young Guns is probably 2024-24 UD Series 2 if he debuts at the start of next season.
Rempe or Busi?
Rempe will probably be 24-25 S1 (depending on the cutoff for 23-24 products, there are around 65 players who could get YGs in it, so at least 16 have to be in S2)
If you're talking about Brandon Bussi (the Bruins goalie) he *technically* could get a YG as he served as a backup, but he hasn't actually played in an NHL game yet. I think UD likes to wait until they play a game if possible, but if they need a goalie he might be in S1

@@LumberjackLandlord Goalies are weird because they can get one for being a backup, so he could even technically get one in Extended this year if they need to
@zephyrepic series 2 was loaded. Even more than bedard. I think k it has all the markings of a classic. Lohrei and poitras are sleepers but so many others. If bedard ends up a top 10 player I feel like that release could rival mcdavid and matthews pricing for tins and boxes.
@@LumberjackLandlord Yeah, it was weird because it is an insanely good crop but it was also super top heavy and not as good as it could've been at the same time haha. Imagine if both Cooley and Fantilli were in it!
