As a twelve year old kid in the early 90s, this was literally the ONLY fishing content we had on TV in Australia. I would go to Blockbuster to rent fishing videos, just so I could see content like this!! Kids these days just can't grasp how great it was to see Rex bring in ANY fish. I'm now in my mid 40s, and I still have VHS recordings of Rex in my garage. He was part of my upbringing, and I hope more kids these days can appreciate the art of fishing the way I have. Thanks Rex ❤

Im 27 now, I grew up in Sydney but had a caravan in Ulludulla, I lived and breathed fishing with my cousin, We watched Rex Bushy and Sterlo Religiously when we were kids! In the 14 years we were there we both landed 1m+ flattys right under burrill lake Bridge, across from the Bottle o there. We loved that place and you guys always hold a special place in my heart.

Can I ask please, I had spent time in Australia before, do you A. Have Tench in Aus, and if so B. do you class them as noxious fish same as carp? They are a great fighting fish BTW

Robert Tench were introduced into Australia in the 1870's, so not considered noxious, however they are slowly being displaced by Carp. 🐟🐟🐟
