I love the Little Gifts design too. I ended up getting my hands on the folders in A5 and A6. I’m so happy with those. If I can’t get an A5 cover, I at least got the folders. Those covers went so fast.
I love that shade of pink. I’m surprised to see you not using pocket. I’ve grown so very used to you using that size. Planner changes are always fun. I’ve never noticed this before, but I like the way you hold your pen omg about hub man and chub girl. I was showing my husband their stuff today. I’m thinking of doing a subscription with them for 2024. He said “let’s move first before we add another monthly payment at this time” but I’m getting it in December for Jan. 😂 I guess I’ll see your special unboxing when you’re ready to share.

I'm surprised by my change too though and am finding that i enjoy having one book for everything. and omg! i really want to preorder Hubman and Chubgirl's advent calendar but keep stopping myself due to the price.

They look so cute, but as you said you enjoy having 1 book for everything. I found that to be so true for myself. I’m being more intentional on updating my daily journaling having just 1 book and this year I’ve 100% embraced mistakes.
About hobonichi? I just submitted my 2nd order. I ordered the English a6 techo in the black cover and will use my stencil to make the 3 boxes at the top that are missing in that book vs the yellow cover Japanese/English and I bought 4 of their covers. I used to think they were ugly but not I think they are super nice and practical. It’s amazing how perspective changes.
and GIRLLL i told myself i was NOT going to order from Hobonichi for next year, but i got sucked in. i'm waiting to place my order in November for the English HON, but ugh. now i want two of their covers when i normally hate their butterfly pen loops, but man. it seems functional too. Which covers did you end up ordering?! I'm looking at the Little Gifts & Liberty 🥹
@@sjdreamsofpeacee 😂 about being sucked in. I had no idea I’d buy either. I ordered their plain vinyl fabric in pink, black, light blue, and aqua green ( I know these are not the official names) I didn’t realize how nice they were until I received it in person. None of the videos can ever capture the feel of the cover. I expected thin/flimsy and received a very structured high quality cover. I love the Liberty fabric. The little gifts is cute too. I was in such a hurry it took me days to figure out that the little gifts print was cats and not Pac-Man. My eyes are terrible right now. There was another cover I didn’t realize was a beautiful purple flower called the Tomitaro Makino Koshinso cover. I would have grabbed it if I’d known. The HON’s actually to my surprise are beautiful. I envisioned a hard cover book like an encyclopedia and thought the spine wouldn’t flex. But the spine is exactly as the soft cover, it’s floating inside of the harder cover. Plus I guess i was surprised that the hon is somewhat flexible. “MIND BLOWN”
I haven't placed my Hobonichi order yet. I'm pretty broke. I didn't hear anything about AE coming out with a passport planner! I just ordered my passport and pocket size 2024 calendar inserts for my TN's. Plus I have the Angel Shoppe, and Create with Pen. I love Hubman and Chubgirl!

OMG you have to check it out!! the inserts are really nice -- similar to the angel shoppe, but not as chunky! I'm going to order 3 AE planners 😭😭
