IIT Madras is a great research institute but iisc Bengalore is at the top. If you are interested in research IISC>>IITM. And you can also prefer IISERs because IISERs are completely research oriented institutes and better than iits for research

Bro if you are looking only for placement please stay away from IISERs. They are the top research institutes and 80% students prefer PhD over placement in IISER's because this gives them a better opportunity. And one more thing PhD from top universities of the world and while doing a PhD you will get a stipend of 2-3 lakh per month in Europe and America. But if you are not interested in research you can't survive in IISER as their circulation is too hard and rigorous.

IIT ISM CS if you are getting, It's better than any BITs (apart from startups) or you can go for IITK Economics, if you don't have a particular Interest but want 🤑. If you are getting IIT BHU MnC with that EWS rank, it's great as well..
