I still read my grandfather's letters from Vietnam, it's always fascinating to imagine what he experienced that day, and how he felt, may God bless all the Vietnam veterans, and thank you all for your fight against communism.
I saw the aluminum caskets piled on pallets at DaNang air base at a place they called Graves Registration. This place I was told was where our heroes started their journey back to the U.S.
Those who served before myself and other from 1977, I salute you. Many have gone away. But they are resting in such an awesome place. God Bless all our warriors from many, many years back. Bless one, Bless them all. As we say in the Na:y: Fair Winds and following Seas.
My sweetest memories are working at the VA hospital, learning more history from these boys than I could ever learn in school. God Bless our Vietnam Veterans for ever and always
