    How do you make the sound play over the car speakers when connected to HDMI? It’s only playing on the headphones.

      Thanks for the question. On your front infotainment screen click on the home button then scroll through the apps until you see one for Rear Media and click on that. Now select either one of the screens that’s playing something and you should see a Listen button that shows up. Click on that to listen to the audio over the cars stereo system. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to hit that subscribe button!

    If my new 2022 Tahoe doesn’t have rear set entertainment, can i buy the original one? and from where ?

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the question. I don’t believe that is possible, and since February of this year, the rear entertainment package is no longer available even when ordering new. Thanks for watching!

    Thanks for answering but my question is can watch media in front in the same time I monitor the rear screen

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Chevy does not allow media like TH-cam to play on front screen for safety reasons, so no you cannot. What you can do is use the rear media app on the infotainment screen to control wether or not the rear passengers can control their own screen, you can’t actually see the media playing, just a still image of it appears in the front screen

    For where we can buy this rear seat entertainment if our tahoe 2022 doesn’t have one ?

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the question. It has to be ordered at the time of purchase, it’s not something you can add later. And as of February, it’s unavailable even as a new order or purchase. Thanks for watching!

      Thanks for the question. In short, no you can’t. However, if you download the Warner Media Ride App, you could stream at least movies from your phone to the rear screen. Thanks for watching

    Would I be able to watch my Apple TV, Netflix, TH-cam, etc via USB-C and/or HDMI?

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the question. Yes you should be able to plug in an Apple TV via hdmi or something like a Roku stick via hdmi and get Netflix, Amazon Prime, TH-cam etc. I would not recommend trying to stream using a usb c port. They work best when you have movie files on them to play back. That being said, this system is fussy when it comes to anything Apple so be sure to actually try it out first. Also remember to turn on the back outlet so your device is powered and hooked to a good hotspot, wether that’s a personal hotspot or the vehicles WiFi Hooking up an Apple phone is not anything I would recommend. It will work but it’s really a lot of cables and cords. Far easier to buy a cheap android tablet and use MIRACAST from that device. Just a thought. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

      Thanks for the question. On the side of the earpiece there’s a volume knob and a selector switch (can’t remember if it says A and B or 1and 2. For the drivers side click it to A or 1 for the passenger side click it to B or 2. Make sure to turn in the power switch on the headphone and adjust the volume. All those buttons are on the headphone as well. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      The only way to watch TH-cam in the front is with an aftermarket product, Chevy itself, does not allow that for safety reasons. If you’re phone is connected to the rear tv sets using built in WiFi then you can share whatever is on your phone with the rear screens

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That is done for safety purposes, drivers are already distracted as it is, throw a movie on in the front screen, whether it’s for them or their passengers to watch, and the driver could become more distracted. Thanks for watching

    is there any option for just a DVD system? these systems are just for kids there is like no reason to have all this other junk just something for teenage mutant ninja turtles to be

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the question. There is no factory option for a DVD player. You can wirelessly stream from an android device using MIRACAST, or hook up a portable DVD player or game such as a PlayStation. Through the rear TV’s you can also see navigation, such as your route, estimated time of arrival and you can send a suggested navigational point to the driver, and they can accept or deny the request. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to hit that subscribe button!

    Good video except why show the GM RSE APP? It has absolutely NOTHING to do with the 2021 Tahoe or Yukon or the new infotainment system for 2021. It does not connect and the systems in the back are NOT connected to WIFi.

      @@TwoGuysandaRide thanks for the other videos (which further confirm what I said about the GM-RSE App). However, my previous comment still stands. THIS VIDEO which is titled "2021 Chevy Tahoe - Rear Seat Entertainment How To" you show the "GM-RSE" App....this is Misleading as it does not work with the 2021 INFOTAINMENT system. these 12 inch Screens DO NOT work with the GM-RSE APP. This may help someone like me to KNOW THIS, since I followed your video and all the rest is very accurate. But if someone is trying to use the GM-RSE app it will NOT work. Video section 1:05-1:40 is not ACCURATE...

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@tbftrev it’s good to know that their own app won’t work with their own system. This is a very glitchy system and hopefully GM will update it to actually work easier with Tablets, Androids and IPHONEs. Right now there are lots in of owners extremely disappointed it this system

      @@TwoGuysandaRide AGREED 100%. You have done great videos!....so THANK You and I'm definitely not blaming you guys who actually take the time to make videos to show things, because NONE of the car companies are interested in this type of helpful work. I guess the bottom line....Don't waste time for NOW downloading GM-RSE...until Maybe they update to use something compatible.
