The mentors work like this: you either need to max out the entire stat(7 max) and get + 2 if you get it to six it gives plus 1 to whichever stat. An example is rainmakers curry that’s purple sapphire would give you plus 1 on midrange, 3 and shoot off dribble. Also only two stats can be chosen by clicking the arrows. Hope this helps
Hey Bouks for future references, next time you create a mentor you have to put a shoe gear on the card that will be converted into a mentor so it can carry on attributes when it’s converted
The shoe needs to be ether maxed out or you need 2 abilities for the shoe. After you need to put the shoe on the mentor and craft the mentor (btw huge fan and thx for the no money spent series)
Mentors add boosts to the 6 or 7 pip attributes they had as player cards. So the reason your mentors have +0 is because their highest attribute as a player card was 5 pips. To get attribute boosts from mentors you have to add gear or mentors to increase the stats you want to improve on a player then convert when you are satisfied with the boosts.
