That wouldn't work because the only usb port the switch has is on the dock, and since the switch's main purpose is to be a handheld, nintendo probably wouldn't bother making it either.

The main feature for the Wii U was the game pad yet nobody used that. Just because a game doesn't optimally use the gimmick of your console doesn't mean it shouldn't be made.
