He said that hold the power button and the volume up button together for 5-10 seconds
And then he says when the phone screen becomes black don't release the buttons, keep holding the buttons
When the menu appears then stop holding the buttons
Then press volume down button to move down and find "factory reset" option and then use the power button to click on it
Then use the volume down button to select "yes" option and use the power button to click it
After that wait for 2-3 seconds till the new options appear and when they appear just click on the power button, no need to scroll down
