This was the video that made me realise heimer is actually dual region. Never thought I'd see the day when a non-PNZ deck with heimer is being played in masters
I built this deck day one. I knew it was crazy but I wasn't sure what to include, so it was bandle pnz instead of bandle shadow isles. Gonna give this one a try!
I play a similar deck as well but I run a couple copies of hapless aristocrat and 3 bandle mayor over conchologist. You have a lot of 2 cost cards, so conch feels unnecessary. Bandle mayor is nice to curve into Heimerdinger and is a solid card in general. Quietus is an amazing card and should be a 3 of. Not a huge fan of eclectic collection though and I believe it is unnecessary. I also run a copy of Piercing Darkness to which comes in handy against Pirates and that 5 life is clutch against a lot of decks and gives you sustain power.
My rank is master too, and in high tier the enemy is very crazy, they have all the answers from our combos, and heimer here is a very weak champion with 2/4 stats, and his cost is very expensive, he always immediately dies when we drop it, if you want to keep him alive it requires a lot of mana, because the cost of heim is very expensive, I think it's better if we just play Norra solo, by making her undying with our protective spells
I don’t think this is Norras best deck. I think some really good pilots have carried this deck to where it is. I think this is just a pretty good Heimer deck featuring Norra. I think the real best Norra decks run Happless aristocrat, crawling sensation, and haunted relic to flip norra fast without using any portals up, then spamming portals and draw cards as fast as possible with a flipped norra on board.
That deck loses to this one tho, cause it relies exclusively on norra being in the board to be good, and while you can fit elise in there she doesnt do much once the game goes late They have the same interactive tools (pokey, vile, hate spike, vengeance) but heimer's version will always have more resources and win in the longrun

I like that we have seen so many decks with Norra. As a netdecker I was able to play her with Maokai, Evelynn and Nami

I was playing it at 2 and spammed the Masters discord saying it was slept on. The buff did nothing for Eve, it just made SI never tap out.
