is it possible to convert compressed pa4x styles to the pa800? Or do you have to uncompress those files in order for them to be convertible to the pa800?

KORG PA Manager automatically uncompresses the samples when converting to pa800.
What you didnt tell us was if its possible to convert a whole set directly instead of doing like this.
This is the only direct method.
