I'm amazed Jayati, how your thoughts match exactly with my only child & her husband's, regarding having a child. My daughter says there's one thought of her dadun ( my father), that has deeply ingrained into her head since she was a child & influenced her immensely,which was - "each individual needs to be cautious & concerned about the increasing population of the world & load it creates on the earth". Over the years my daughter grew up into an independent woman with a mind of her own,always aware of the nature & society around.Perhaps all these prompted her to not have a biological child & care for the Mother Earth instead.😊 On this regard, one more thing that I associate with you is when you say, "the only khwaaish I have is to know how that 'mix' of us two would be or look like !!"😊. I too had a keen desire to just know (as a could-be-granny) that how would our grand look like with the 'mix' of my daughter & son-in-law.😊

Main bhi yahi sochte hn ...jab hum itna pareshan ho rahe hai to jo aayega wo bhi pareshan hoga,meri abhi age hai,jyada nhi hui h,fir bhi family ka pressure rehta h, society ka fir relatives ka, uske baad maine ye bhi dekha h agar bacha ho bhi jaye koi kaam nhi aata .
Aap ke liye mushkil hae ye samajhna..... Kisi aam insaan ki aesi soach ho bhi nahi sakti. Buss itna jaan lijiye ki bachcha paeda karna koi kathin kaam nahi hae....varna duniya mey,khaas kar Bharat mey, itney lawaaris bachchey idhar udhar bhatak rahey na dikhtey.
