What you didn’t see was after we filmed this vid, we both sat down on a spare set of 90’s Recaro seats (not in a car) and just gazed at the 22B for an hour, just taking it all in!! Yes, I think you’re right. I’ve noticed some paint imperfections that lead me to think the same about the wheels. I’m an early Evo fan, more like version 3 - great cars 👊🏼
I'm impressed with the condition of those gorgeous 17 inch BBS rims. They look brand new! Also credit to whoever fitted those Falken tyres on the wheels for not scratching the paint on the outer edges. Unfortunately for me, everytime I've had new tyres fitted on my gold 16 inch STi rims the tyre place always seems to create new scratches on the outer edge of my rims.
@@wrxcult8266 I don't think BBS make those gold wheels anymore, so your set of wheels alone in perfect unmarked condition would be worth a fortune. I'd recommend fitting lock nuts on each wheel just to be safe so the wheels don't get stolen. P.S. on your previous video I placed a second comment with a link attached which you may find inspiring. 22B came with gold rims. The Version 3 Type (my yellow GC8) came standard with black.
