Amrawati has multiple phases, does it matter in which Phase you buy? Like is Phase 1 better than Phase 2 or vice versa. Can you suggest if we should be more focussed on the project or we should look at the phase also while buying?
1. You can look at the project layout n decide which of the phase has amenities more useful for you, n their proximity from the plot unit being offered to you. 2. The 2nd phase wl b delivered atleast 1.5-2 years after delivery of ph-1, hence you can look at the timeline/target year more suitable for you, in terms of financing & moving in/selling off. 3. There may be difference in pricing, with the later phases avl at slightly lower rates. 4. Generally, a Developer wud try to construct initial phase with good quality n timely completion. That said, the points highlighted above mostly pertain to individual preferences. What matters most is the overall layout, amenities, pricing of a township n reliability of the builder. Amrawati phase-1 will hv people moving in early due to Villas, phase-2 wl have the advatage of proximity to more sports facilities, commercial area n it has smaller plot options too.
