Also, a tip for delivery jobs: to earn more, use smaller trucks, for example, the Kira Flatbed (the small van at the dealership) or the Ranchy (you can buy that at the Ranch Oval). Basically, to give the smaller vehicles meaning, the game pays more per item because your vehicle can store fewer things. Edit: When using a trailer for delivery, make sure to detach it first, pick up the goods with your van, reattach the trailer, and then load the goods into the trailer. That way, the payout will be higher.

I've been playing since day 1 and can tell you that Motor Town is one of those hidden gem games. Absolutely awesome, and sometimes addicting. There's so much you can do on it. And I think you can also buy and install trailer hitches for most of the personal vehicles too. So you don't need to worry too much about finding a car or truck with one already attached if you're looking to buy a car for running cargo, you can just install a hitch at a garage. Fun fact: that Camaro was actually the starter car you got when the game first released.
Bought Motor Town back at the start of 2022 and seeing you play and enjoy it is awesome! The developer has been pumping out near monthly updates that expands on and adds new content. Recently reinstalled it as I haven't played since late 2023 and so so much has been added. Last time I played there wasn't that massive island to the south and the north island was way more barren than it currently is (both environmentally and content wise). Moving to UE5 has also made to game looks much nicer with the lighting too; if you want to be surprised by how good it is I'd recommend heading to one of the bridges over the ocean at night while it is raining 😉
A friend of mine randomly tried this when it was days old, fresh off the storefront. Soon after, I bought the game myself and I’ve played it for some time now off and on and it has such a great casual feeling to it. If you like casual gameplay, are a vehicle enthusiast, or love the idea of vehicular related jobs and transportation, there is no better game if you ask me. Considering the very small team and how one man does all of the coding still (to my knowledge), this game is impressive.
This is such a good game, i cant imagine playing just ETS or Fernbus since this game combines everything and it looks so cozy and fun, cant wait for him to add expand on the social aspect like card games or casinos

mate you gotta fill the entire semi with crates to get a good payout! you only put three in and drove a nearly empty semi! you also have to tie down vehicles on trailers or they'll roll off like what happened to you and nearly all cars can have a tow hook installed in the garage.

Also theo suggestion: Can you do more random stuff in future? Like trying new games for the first time, there’s probably hundreds if not thousands of car games on PC you haven’t tried and even though they might suck, that’s still fun to watch, maybe take some suggestions. Also challenge videos, set a challenge in any sorta game from Forza to need for speed to whatever else you play, like getting into top X% on the leaderboard of a track or in a car. Or speedrunning a smaller game, try and beat a game on cranked difficulty or with a slow car and limited upgrades etc. I wanna see this kinda stuff and there isn’t enough of it in the car games community, only guy I can think of is Nick who does it fairly often
This game is exactly where BeamNG is headed, and even more. BeamNG career mode has way more intriguing game modes. It already does delivery missions in career mode which gives leeway to use any car you want. It does bus missions. The developers of this game don't have to worry about soft-body physics engine with all the mechanical components of a vehicle simulated. They dont have to worry about higher polygon count textures/graphics like BeamNG. They dont have to worry about better sound quality. It's only a matter of time
Possibly the best paying job is being a garbage man. Go to the truck dealership and rent a garbage truck. Go around picking up bags. Once it is full, you'll get a waypoint for the drop off point. I think you get like 2k for each bag you drop off and a full truck is usually over 20k.
@@NightOwl2015It is extremely good on my Fanatec wheel. I put it ahead of Forza Horizon and almost on par with EA WRC. The only issue I've had so far is some vehicles occassionally like to see saw the wheel when you come to a complete stop if you press the brakes too hard.
@@tenpoundburrito yessir I got to use it with the CSL DD and I noticed the same thing. Are you on the default “automatic” tune or were you able to find a config? I ended up using the same tuning as AC but there’s probably something better out there that maybe you’ve run into that I haven’t seen.
