Im currently dealing with a JJP Elton new in box that died day one after a handful of plays. After 34 days, hours of tech support, a new transformer, a new AC box, and a new IO board, we're now at the replacement stage. My first new in-box experience from JJP.

That’s pretty brutal for a new inbox pin, but it does happen sometimes. Even though it is frustrating, I still maintain that as long as they do the right thing to GZ the problem, that’s what really matters. It’s when people ignore issues and leave you hanging that I get really frustrated and that definitely is a factor when I choose which pins to buy and who makes them. I hope you get Elton up and running and get back to playing pinball soon.
