BT-7274 is not a monarch class titan, he's a vanguard class. The IMC tried to copy the Militia's Vanguard class titan via two heavily damaged vanguard chassis, but only partly succeeded, instead of being able to change load-out on the spot, the monarch class is only able to upgrade itself partially for example, it could upgrade its hull integrity, or modify its rounds to arc rounds, whereas the vanguard can change its load-out to be completely different , even changing its abilities and core.

Actually he isn’t dead he downloaded his consciousness to Coopers helmet that’s what all that coding was and the downloading message in the top right corner as well as the message BT sent to Coopers helmet by flashing the helmet light to send a message to Cooper if you translate it by coding it says: “Jack?” And that’s as in Coopers first name so he isn’t dead he’s just in Coopers helmet until Cooper finds out which he won’t figure out until probably Titanfall 3.

At 1:38 when he says that you play as a monarch, you don’t. You play as a vanguard titan. The vanguard and the monarch look almost identical but they are not the exact same.

Monarch is created by the IMC so they can reverse engineer the workings of the Vanguard class, but that didn’t work out. So they got the body right, but not the weapons.
The person who built that did not play the campus what he called mornarch is a vanguard class Titian called BT-7274 but mornarch is a Titan in the game but only in multiplayer online the other Titan he made is Ronnin
