The barn scene where they are holding the doors shut is one of my top 5 all time favourite They are dealing with their grief in different ways but they are able to come together as a group to keep each other safe Very powerful and makes me emotional every time I see it.
In a sense The Walking Dead was never completely about the zombies It was to show how civilized people would respond if the world they knew came to an end and how much of their humanity they’d leave behind.

Comic Comparisons : The iconic We Are The Walking Dead speech was given much earlier in the comics After waking up from a coma after fighting with Tyreese in the wake of Carol’s self-harm (Rick blamed Tyreese for Carol’s self-harm because Carol and Tyreese were dating and Michonne seduced Tyreese and Carol saw it)
Daryl, Maggie, and Sasha all lost siblings. They're bonded by this unfortunately. Daryl feels like he failed Hershel and Beth. Maggie lost the hope she didn't allow herself to have for Beth after Hershel. Sasha lost Bob and Tyreese, her literal rocks. Daryl couldn't save his brother and couldnt save Maggie's sister. He definitely carries these losses more than any other character.
32:02 Bro , i knew that movie about the group of kid stranded on island killing and surviving with one good and one bad clans. and I watched it so long time ago when i was a kid 7/8 yrs old. But i forgot the title and was looking for it quite some time. Just when you mention about this i remember and found it now thanks haha 🫡

The scene of Daryl crying over Beth just breaks my heart He’s so strong and brave and not afraid of anything but he has the biggest heart.

One of the best episodes of the Walking Dead. Despite their grief and their hopeless situation, they continue to fight.

I think Beth and Darryl were getting closer than anyone expected she was about 18 and I think he cared for her more than even he (darryl) expected
also the fact that she was taken by the people in the hospital unwillingly is a detail

You guys should read the comics as soon as possible so much is different from the show and it's a great read
