Thank you all for checking out the video! If you enjoyed Twigs, please share it with your friends! I have a feature film I'm hoping to get off the ground in the nearish future, and more eyes on the work always helps. Hope you have a wonderful 2025!
I loved this so much I played it for the family while I was preparing christmas dinner. They sat engrossed the whole film. All agreed how brilliant it is. Make more please ❤
Okay, I've seen roughly 12, maybe 13 horror films, professionally done horror films in theaters, over the last year and a half or so, and this was better than ANY of them. Very well done indeed! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
@dylansindelar One of my favourite movies from when I was a kid. So many great movies of that era that became instant classics that still enthrall today as a 50 something. Somebody else commented about the lack of visual gore that proves that less is more when your imagination is let to run riot, and 'Twigs' is a great example of that. Love it.
That was awesome. Super original, didn't even have to show a monster or any blood, this short makes you use your imagination to freak yourself out and I love it
Whoa!!!! Incredible short that just left me wanting more. The pacing and tension is 100% spot on. I also loved some of the more creative camera angles.
Reiterating what everyone is saying. This was truly top notch. You know a short is excellent when you start yelling at the screen "Wait! Don't go! Come back....come back!" Loved it. And dude MAKE MORE!
Wow. This was perfect. Sound effects were perfect for it! The snow flakes at the last 2 seconds were the perfect ending. I keep saying perfect because it is!! Give us more!!!
Omg this was so friggin good!!!! So good! Wow!!! Great storyline, great acting! This whole thing was amazing!! Again, wow!!! Bravo dude! Fr! This needs a feature length film!! I need to know what happened after!!!
Damnnn! I've been a horror fan since I was a kid & and it's hard to get to me but this, this was fkn wild! Speechless! Very disappointed there's nothing else from you that I can find. Don't just stop!!!!
Damn, this was something else! Very well done everyone included in this! The premise seemed a bit like "Pontypool", but to be honest - and no, I am not trying to sugarcoat your work - I like "Twigs" better. Acting... well someone once said a good actor has done a good job if you are not aware he (or she) is actually acting. Top notch work in this regard Greth, Robin and the -uhm- disembodied Nick. I loved how with increasing intensity of the story the camera starts getting closer and closer to the faces. And little details like Jeanine suddenly but still in a subtle way disappearing creeped me out quite some. Hey Hollywood! Watch, and learn before bombing us with the next ton of unwanted prequels, sequels or remakes. Subbed, want to see more :)
I love TH-cam short horror and analog horror and this is top 10 all time imo. Just proves what's in your mind is far creepier and scarier than anything shown. The end just adds to your imagination of what's to come. Well done !!!!!

@ it’s a sin that not many people know about it! This was really well done. It’s immediately enticing. Didn’t even realize it was over 20 mins. Hope you make more!
@@dylansindelar .. and intimate, offering a claustrophobic element despite the listenership, so just the thing for a psychological treatment. Btw have you considered a radio adaptation? I don't know about US networks, but I bet the BBC's Radio 4 would snap it up!
@davepx1 It actually started as an audio only experiment about 8 years before we made this film! I would love to create a version of this for broadcast.
@davepx1 Arthur himself (Greth Ligon) and our director Tomas Herrera did the sound mix/design and I can't get enough of it. We got the main audio from the mics you see in the film and it gives it a genuine radio feel, I think. I think it's kind of nice to put on in the background and listen to. The guys did an amazing job.
This was great. Reminds me of Pontypool. But better. This was intense. 1st it was comical and then bugged out. Twigs 2 is needed, or a full length is necessary. This might do good in theaters. Especially once the unknown is known and it's as crazy as dude on the phone described. Bravo
This just popped up out of nowhere on my recommended feed, how does this have under 250 views so far? This was excellent, I was on the edge of my seat, especially during the last few minutes. Outstanding work, I love the long shot near the end, I felt just as uncomfortable as Arthur in that moment. You have earned a sub.
We did a limited online premiere of Twigs in October of 2020 and included an introduction done in the style of Rod Serling/Twilight Zone. I was really happy with how that goofy thing turned out

Ooh, that was very creepy! What you can’t see is scarier than what you can, and the unknown can be terrifying. Glad I clicked on this short film, I’m a fan of psychological thrillers. (Not a fan of slasher films, and zombies are tired. They really are, Hollywood has completely worn them out. And they’re really sick of being typecast.)

What a twist at the end! When Eric said he's getting tired, I knew
Yup.
Got the chills.....similar to The Fog.
I love an open ended conclusion with the suspense of what could be.
Brilliantly executed 😱
I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate the comparison to The Fog. I adore that film and Stevie Wayne at KAB!
