I think they were saying they had lost about 50k from the months of lost work from her con artist friend pretending their was a job and keeping the ruse going for so long. Not that she took 50k. They are trying to get on their feet again so a wedding is put off for now.

yes they said she didn't financially gain from it. The loss was simply not having a job for 7 plus months
