Riveting. Captivating. I've never been to that part of Maine, however I certainly will now that I have watched this video. Can't wait to bring my pop-up camper to that campground right on the coast of Maine! Thank you for your high quality view, I look forward to viewing any future travel videos that you may post !
Great video. Having traveled this same route dozens of times over the 45 years of vacationing in the York area, I almost felt like I was there while watching this video. I could pick out various houses we've rented and I see they've put in a new sidewalk along part of Nubble Road. We've got reservations to go up in a couple of week for a few days, so this makes me want to go even more now. Thanks!
This is easily my favorite comment on any video I've posted. I hope you have an amazing return to York in a few weeks. I grew up going every summer to my family's cabin and couldn't have thought of a better place to try and do my first few videos. Thank you so much for your kind words if you didnt subscribe already definitely do so... I'll be doing the summer version in a few weeks! Have a great day!
Thank you so much for this. I haven't traveled down the full length of this road in so many years since I left NH at age 15. This video brought back all the memories of childhood, of living in NH and going to Long Sands to dare to go into the water! LOL And then go downtown for taffy and ride the rides when the tide came in. I see a trip north very soon! Thanks for the memories!!
Thank you so much for the kind words and memories! It's been a place I've visited since I was little and was the first place I thought of to start my videos. Cannot wait to go back for the summer rendition! Thank you again!!
Returning to York in a few short weeks to catch the same ride in the summer. If you love this video don't forget the subscribe button so you don't miss the summer edition 😀
🩵 York, Maine🩵 I love this quaint little town! Spent a week there while on my New England road trip in 2022. FYI… Libby’s Oceanside Campground is celebrating their 100th this year of hosting York visitors! 🥳 So glad I got the chance to relax and unwind there. When I win the lotto and run away it won’t be hard to find me. LOL
This is the family vacation spot since before I was born and have a little place there that we all share. Unfortunately that also means that since I have a sleeping space there I never got to stay at Libby's and every time I pass it I think "wow. I'd like to try staying there"
The rich folk have well paved roads🤣🤣, unlike the the regular folk! Paving busy roads are a nightmare, but worth the trouble. Beautiful town, quiet in the off season.

Great virtual tour in lovely atmosphere. Thanks for sharing. Take care.
Thank you for watching and being the first comment on my channel! I'll be posting a virtual walk on long sands tomorrow evening!
@@MileMarker4k Long Sands? Does York Beach have Short Sands as well ?
@@scarlettrose2158 Yes, it does. The video drives by it, but you can't really see it in the video. It's right by the downtown area of York Beach.
