In my opinion I'd say it's better than blade ball. The wall mechanics doesn't make it another one of those clone games like Soccer Ball or others. Blade Ball might be original but I prefer Death Ball. It's more interesting.

I’ve never played death ball before. I didn’t know that it had anime-liked powers and the ball can’t instantly kill you and the ball bounces off walls, this looks very fun and I’m gonna give it a shot.
Yeah and has a better sword obtaining system cuz you can’t basically get the same sword twice and it’s cheap and easy to get 1k
