Marvellous! I like the way you show step by step.ı am so shy while dancing, I believe that after practicing, putting yourself out there is a lot easier when you have confidence 💙

I love your lessons. I'm getting back into dancing after a 15 yr. hiatus due to a motorcycle accident. Due to neck & back injuries, I must relearn and refine most of my previous dance moves. I danced all through my 20's, 30's, & 40's & then the accident at 49. Now at 63, I have chosen to restart my dance life because dancing has always been the JOY of my life. I am sharing these videos with my husband. We have been married for 43 years and he has never been much of a dancer. I can lovingly say he lacks rhythm, flexibility, and basic dance moves knowledge. Your videos are slowly teaching him sexy, coordinated dance moves and building his confidence. He is 6'5" and 240 lbs. It is hard for him because I have been a competitive dancer in the past. I have had other professional partners for dance. My husband is a work in progress, but at least we are on a similar entry/re-entry level. Your videos have made all the difference. I am going to try & convince him to allow me to video his/our progress. Thank you for your channel.

I feel like this is all fine for me, but when I dance with a partner, I get all thrown off. Any videos to help with that? 😅

Close your eyes. Let partner do their thing. Lol

It would be helpful if you wore slightly tighter clothes so your body movements aren't partially disguised under the bagginess of your shirts, especially. Because the chest thrusts are slightly smaller and less pronounced movements, it is difficult to see how much of your rib cage is involved. The jeans are much tighter than your shirt, so it is easier to see your hip movement.

She should encourage mothers to do this that are dispirited in a weight gain. Dancing and swimming are the only exercises in my experience that reduces fat cells and increases muscle cells which equals a loss of body mass and an attractive figure, which all women desire as they should because it improves mood, longevity, health, confidence, and leisure time.

It's hard work that takes fortitude and perseverance which is why so few men and women practice it with consistency.

Awe, her English is awesome but she misses a few terms. She says don’t move your torso, but means only move your torso, but not your hips. Other than that, even her hair is smooth.
