Very true iam also still keeping the pain in my heart that my ex given me and hurt me for my Life time...😊am unable to forgive him still it's hurts me Alot....all lies and promises he had given me it kills...and m sure all youngsters might have been came through all this ...but I will release from today from my heart and mind.... bcoz it's only giving me pain it's hurting myself not him.....God bless and give Grace upon me so that I can overcome from toxic.... amen

Every trauma pastor mention happened with me it's painful I don't want to be lot wife stuck dwelling on past Jesus i surrender myself again I,m the shrewd manager the more I hear the word i realize my weakness everyday how tolerant he's to me . Brethrens please keep me in prayers I had painful memories unable to live in present regretful of things i cannot change worried about future unable to move forward I pray alot but this is where I sink bitterness need prayer .I Forgive the more the enemy reminds me again I,m Forgiven i Forgive Amen
