Dave Grohl is my age and I remember watching The Muppets as a kid. I suggest that Animal must be a influence for Dave. He plays just like Animal!
A lot of 90s 00s performers loved the Muppets as kids so being on the show or doing a skit with them is a dream come true.

Yes l remember watching the Muppets show on television. I live east coast of Australia. Maybe as a suggestion just fun Tyler Hawkins v animal. On the Muppets. I would say he'd get a thrill out of it.
Dave has played with everyone from John Paul Jones to Lemmy (R.I.P. Mad Man) but I'll bet if you asked him this would be one of the coolest moments of his life.

Dave DID NOT play Animals parts, that's Michael Jochum who was in KORN and played on their MTV Unplugged album. He played Animals drums for several years, including this battle.
