Definitely, you can take as much time as you want, I think it's 60 days once you start the process
So you have to complete filling application within that time

Property valuation are mostly done by civil/land/property engineers or bank.

Sir, in available funds option, should we add plot value with liquid funds?
As long as you have proof of your funds (irrespective of the type of funds), you can include them as that will make your case stronger if you need to pay tuition yourself. If you have scholarship, you may not need to worry much.
After application how to do the biometrics . Please advise

You can upload those documents with letter of explanation. You can merge many files together (e.g. using PDF merge) and upload them together.
Can you please tell what details to provide if we cselect yes when asked have you ever been refused a visa or permit in the background information section ??
@@parashsubedi3058 usually when they reject visa, they may provide reason, which you can include here. It's better to be honest and mention the exact reason why it was rejected.

Is this method is for SDS Or General ?
This is for regular application. SDS, I think, is only for a few countries. I haven't done enough research on how SDS works though.

@@sazzadhossain7387 Yes, you can include the amount you have to fund your study, that means, the total amount. The more money you can write, the better it is. However, you have to justify the amount by providing documents.

you can apply for a student visa, the problem here can be your medical which involves X-ray. However, as you are in advanced stage, The harmful effect of X-ray to new born baby is very minimal, almost zero. SO, go ahead, apply for visa and wait for medical. You can consult with doctors as well.

basics are the same brother, the only difference is if you apply by paper, you have to submit the whole package through VFS and payment should be done using bank draft. Also, the paper application takes longer than online.

Hi, I’m applying under SDS, I have two doubts 1: I don’t live anymore at the address mentioned in my passport, it’s in the same city though. What address should I mention in my application form. 2: My bachelor of Engg. Timeline was 2015-2018 initially, but I got one subject back and got it cleared in July 2019. And on my convocation certificate it is mentioned feb 2020. What is the actual timeline of my bachelor??

Hi Chameera, thanks for your questions- there are few steps in getting offer letter - first, you have to be eligible to apply for the particular program, then you have to apply online filling all the requirements, pay the application fee, pay the tuition fee, and wait for the positive response from university. Please let us know if you need more info. You can look into individual university website for the requirement, you can also search for universities using google.

@@subodadhikari8438 it really depend- I did property valuation to make my case strong- nepalese students don't have very high success rate - so better do property valuation
- In my case, I had 17000 dollar scholarship per year and had roughly 15000 in bank and property valuation of around 1 crore

Hi, thanks a lot. A birth certificate is one of the identification to prove your citizenship. If you have others, then it may not be needed. Regarding CV, it's a supplementary document to make your case genuine.

For room and board l - let's say 400 per month (if single room) than 5000 dollar per year
Others approx 1000 dollar per year
Funds available would be 10000 if you can show that amount
Again, these things vary person by person
