Depends on the character,it's all about counter picking if you see that his picking nasus (Im talking about draft/ranked) you can pick some one who scales really well with armor someone like Malphite and then hell do nothing to you,all so to shut nasus down people choose junglers that can stun or fear (Noc,WW,Malphite,Fiddlesticks,amumu etc) And if you are smart,You'll never dive a nasus...
You can say that to all most every champ,but you never forget about the other players.If the ganks are placed correctly you can shut nasus early game really easy.
He's not Op at all,Plus look at the match,you're alone there of course his gonna hit like a boss because all you did is farm,farm and farm with your Q,In a real game,People don't let you farm like a crazy maniac without harassing,Plus never forget about the fact that if you are dominating your lane there are junglers who will help their solo tops.You can choose any champ in the game example : Malphite and then farm like crazy stack items and do a shit ton of damage.
