A great day at Wembley . Everyone connected with Carlisle United , were a credit to their club . Delighted to see Taity pop up with the winner , but we lived on our nerves , as Carlisle had several chances to score . But they can be proud of their performance on the day . Blues won the league that season too , so a memorable season it was . But had a great day out @ Wembley & no trouble . Loved it . Respect for Carlisle .
I was there too, but on the Birmingham side. I got crushed on a seat when Tait scored the winner 😁 Great day out and an immense atmosphere from both sets of fans
It was like CUP FINAL DAY.. literally. Think it was the biggest attendance in the country that season. An unforgettable experience when those teams walked out. Goosebumps time.
